Finally got to OFF
Hi to every OFF family member,
Well, I finally have a computer to use. It's a lap top which I am not use to using. I think it's alive and does'nt like me very much. lol.
When we arrived in Chicago airspace, we went into a holding pattern due to a bad storm right over the airport. Then when I got outside it was 65 degrees, windy, and raining on me. I had on summer clothes expecting warm and humid weather. My friend took another 30 minutes to find me. My body was shivering and my teeth were chattering. Not that I'm complaining. This IS the "WINDY CITY."
Went to Goodwill and found a few long sleeve tops. One was a size 20. It's been 15 years since I was in this size.
Ding my happy dance!!!
I have to wash them now because I'm going to be at a bonfire tonight. Sitting around the fire and listening to "da Bears" on the radio.
The very next day was 95 degrees and really humid (90%.) I couldn't breathe well outside and my bedroom has no A/C. Yesterday was picture perfect. Those of you in the Midwest have been through a tough summer. Actually, everyone has had an unusually hard summer to deal with. Hope everyone is enjoying better weather.
Will try to catch up on posts over the next few days. Love and (((BIG HUGS)))) to all, Mag P.S. Great to be spending time with friends and family
